No operator in Pakistan sells a SIM for minors in the child’s own name. Jazz, Zong, Telenor, Ufone and SCOM all apply the same rule, because SIM registration runs on a CNIC plus live fingerprints. A B-Form carries no photo the counter can match, and no prints the verification device can read. No franchise bends it.
The only SIM for minors Pakistan operators actually offer is the guardian-registered line, and it is the route families already use. A parent or guardian buys the SIM on their own CNIC. The child gets the handset, and the adult stays the registered owner of the line. Every OTP, recharge and complaint runs through the adult’s name until the child grows into a CNIC of their own.
Does a child’s SIM count against the 8-SIM cap?

How do I check how many SIMs are on my CNIC?

Why should a child’s SIM stay registered on a parent’s CNIC?
A minor’s SIM registered on a parent’s own CNIC beats an informal one for a simple reason: only the registered owner can block, disown or report the line. If a child’s number lands in the wrong hands, the registered guardian can have the operator block it at once.
