Found a SIM you did not activate?
Block it the same day: screenshot the result, take your original CNIC to that operator’s franchise, and have the SIM blocked and disowned. PTA capped the disowning fee at Rs 200 on 1 January 2024, and it is waived where fraud is involved. Then work through the full list, in this order.
